Question

help

I live in Massachusetts my brother is going through a rough time with his devorce. He has gone to court for his visitation and temp child support. He has not gone to court for formal seperation. His wife of 12 years has physical custody and is doing everything possible to hurt him. The oldest is 11 and she has writen and verbally indicated that she wants to live with him. One miniute and the next she has spoken with her mother and decides not too. This is very emotional for my brother. Last weekend when he picked up the children. His wife and her boyfriend were at the door to his house nothing has been settled yet waving to him.
He has only been out of the house 6mths. This is killing him and the girls recently told him that he was there quit a bit. Is there anything he can do. Is it ok for her to have another man in the house while he is paying for it. Im not sure if he can handle the stress. Hes a great dad !

Well in some states, adultry is against the law(not that I'm saying they would do anything about it) Also in some states there is a cohabitation law. I would see to it in the divorce and custody that there are no people spending the night unless they are married. About the rest I'm not sure. You might want to contact an attorney, the DA or magistrate for more advice. Good Luck.
Also a good law site is:
