Help with ASS BACKWARDS Judge

State is FL. I live IN CA.

I have been battling a Paternity case for two years now, Judge dismissed twice on subject matter jurisdiction. Child was conceived in CA. When Bio and her lawyer appealed to the courts the lied about me working in state so it made a different judge think I had minimum number of contacts in FL. I denied, showed proof but judge believed her. I agreed to take blood test when child was born. BIO denied unless I signed all my parental rights away. It took over a year to get test done child is mine; I have been paying support on temporary order for six months. Judge is pissed of at me for dragging this out in short calling me a deadbeat and more importantly she is pissed at other judges for over turning her dismissals. So I am now the bad guy and she is not looking at this properly. I guess after all that is how or where can I make a formal complaint on a judge, second is can I appeal final judgment? Judge will probably make me pay 20 k plus of mothers attorneys fees?
