Help with eviction-tenant won't move

What is the name of your state? Indiana We rented our house to a couple and after signing a 3 year lease, which ends 7/2008; we found out that they had moved in their adult son (who was under house arrest with an electronic bracelet) and his pit bull into our basement. Since that time we have not been given access to the house or the basement. We gave them 2 1/2 months notice to move (that would've been May 15 2007), well they are still there. We are going to small claims court tomorrow and just received papers from our "so called" tenant; lying that no one other than the two of them have ever lived there. My question is: how do I go about finding the records on the son's house arrest for the judge, this would clearly show that he indeed was there, because the address was given for his house arrest, and he actually had visits from the people monitoring his house arrest. Please Help.
