Unhappy

hello there i live in the state of nj.
most recently i got involved with a man who has two children and was in the middle of a litgation and awaiting custody decision frim the courts. when the other party thought they might lose, they came with this child abuse case and accused me of abusing the children and tried to stop his visitation rights all together. after investigating the other parties plea was denied.it turned out the mother of the children coached the child to say he was abused by me. now over six months has past and the child is again stating his mother is telling to suck on his arm and legs and make a mark like he was abused by me, once he is done he is to call 911 and say i abused him while he is at his fathers house. can i protect myself or should i just forget it. are there anyways to prevent future accusation against me which may lead to my significant other to lose his children all together.

Document everything! If the courts are aware of it, and you have documented proof that she made it up, your boyfrind may have a good chance of gaining custody.

Seek an attorney in your area, have a few consultations, see what your options are.
