Im a seventeen year old girl. Im moved to Pennsylvania with my dad who has no custody rights of me. I moved here because I wasnt happy with my school and friends where I lived with my mother. My father is a severe alcaholic and both him and my stepmother verbaly and mentaly abuse me. Sometimes when they are drunk they dont even remember doing it the next day. I want to move with my grandparents legally until I am 18. Will my dad be able to do anything about it if my mother allows? how do I go about doing this??
