Until paternity has been legally established you can't get child support. Once paternity has been established he will be obligated to pay support and will be able to get visitation (including taking HIS child to his home country). His parental rights are NOT yours to give or keep.

I am going to qualify part of that. He may get visitation rights in his home country if his home country is a signatory to the Hague Convention. Otherwise, that is not guaranteed.
