helpless not HOMELESS

What is the name of your state? Iowa..I took in a homeless friend and her daughter.She gave me 400.00 for four months rent. She left one day and didn't take half of her belongings.One and half months have gone by.Do I have to store her stuff,I don't want to be responsiable for it.She has made no attempts to pick it up.No phone calls etc.She also left a broken down truck too.No rental agreement was signed or ever made.What are my rights? What are hers?I am the Home owner.
