Hoiuse payment responsibilityWhat is the name of your state? arizona. I am going throught a divorce and my husband is rtelling me that I am 50 percent responsible for the house payment and if I cant make my part of it then he can have it taken off of the back end of things. I am rlally frustrated and trying not to do get into legal matters burt I wouldliek to know my rights. I make approx 10,000 a year and he makes almost 90,000 a year.
