I live in the State of Kansas. And I need some legal advice. A family member of mine is coming into a settelment from a Law-suit! I want to know how to go about proving this person is incompetent (no responsibilitys) so that she won't let others take advantage of her, and leave her high and dry. As I feel this persons boyfriend will take her money and leave her with nothing. Can you help me to know what steps to take and what I need to do as a Mother of this person?
