Husband sleeps on couch?

What is the name of your state? MD
hI, I am looking for advice, I have had in the back of my mind divorcing my husband. I have three small children. In addition to emotional abuse I also feel that he has now had this pattern of sleeping on the couch for like the last year or so? He says he is just tired, or whatever, but I feel very neglected and hurt. I have tried everything but he just refuses to try to work on it. What am I to do. I told him I can get divorced over this, he just laughs. I know he is not having an affair. I really think it is just neglect and not caring about my feelings....is there anything I can do....I know he works alot of hours or whatver, but what do you do when someone treats you like crap and doesnt want to change the situation or see your side of it?
Thank you,

**Have you tried shipping the kids off to a sitter for the weekend? Then when your husband comes home from work, you should be totally naked and dressed only in plastic wrap. Then have him guess what's for dinner.

Or his mother!!!!
Heck, just be on the safe side and wear a teddy or something. If it was me, I just KNOW something would go horribly wrong with the plastic wrap**************probably during the 5 hours it would take to get it on!!

Get Rid Of Him , You Only Live Once . Use To Be In A Relationship Simular To That Left Him. Took A Little Dating Here And There. But Now I've Got A Man That Treats Me Like A Woman And A Friend. Sometime The Grass Is Alot Greener On The Other Side! Good Luck :d
