| husband, verbal abuse tells me to leave our new home both names on mortgage
husband verbal abuses me in front of our child then tells me to get out of our new home that both our names are on the mortgage but he says because he pays the bigger bills that its his house we are up to our ears in debt we borrow from one to pay off the other loan he tells me that he will get custody of our son because he makes more money and he pays the big bills what will happen if we do get a divorce? how will things be split if any who will be responsible for what?can he make me get out?
