I have a 16 year old son!

I have a 16 yearold son who is refusing to go to school and he wants to dropout and is staying home. I would like to know if I could kick him out of my house or can I sent him to military school even though he is not an American Citizen and he wants to leave the US. Please help me.

I'm not at all in doubt that you ARE the 16 year old son of whom you speak. We older people who stayed in school beyond the tender age of 16 are pretty hard to fool.

Re-read my response to your earlier post again. That'll save my looking it up and reposting it, and it's still valid advice.

In a few years, you'll discover that your parents have become a lot smarter than you now think. Good luck, kid!

Iam only 16 and I wish not to attend school because I am Dropping out and I live in New Jersey.My parents says they will send me to bootcamp but the porblem is that Iam not an American Citezen only my mother is and I dont threat them only thing I say is Iam Dropping out of school.Second my parents say they will kick me out of my house when Iam only 16 and could they sent me to bootcamp and could they kick me out. Thank You! Please tell me what my right are and also could my parents kick me out for not going to Chruch. Thank You!
