Unhappy

I have nothing

My fiance' and I were living together in Ohio. I was a homemaker and took care of his children while he went to work. We opened a joint account and have recently split up. If I trasfer money from the joint account into my checking account, can he take legal action? Can he sue me for it later?? Thanks for any help.

It DOES NOT MATTER if you are married or not, or even if you are GAY!

Joint property is Joint property and BOTH are equally entiled to divide it equally.

so you can take out 1/2 and not be sued!

But then again if you have JOINT credit cards, or a lease with both names on it, then its 1/2 his as well.
