Ok...I read that like 5 times and still don't understand it thoroughly. However, my advice is that you need an attorney.

I will explain better sorry

I am sorry you do not understand I will try to explain it better. My husband is 63 years old I am 38 years old. We have a 7 year old together. He was divorced before he has kids the same age as me. He verbally abusies me. I live here with him in his home he made me sign a preenump. He is on SSD he gets money for our son. I get $400. of that in my name because I lost my job for awhile and when I hit 12,000 where I work now it goes back to my son. Because his dad does not work. My husband wants me to sign check over to him. I have to pay for the health insurance in the family he. It takes my whole pay check and no I can't pay him anything I am contruibing. He continues to abuse me and say that it is his car, his house. I can't take it anymore. Can he do this to me I can't take it what can I do.

If you are that unhappy in your marriage then you probably need to get a divorce. It would be in your best interest to hire an attorney to handle the divorce.

Why are you still there? Take your son and go to a shelter and get out. There is no reason why you should be giving your entire check to this man. He doesn't own you.
