I Need Help!!!

south carolina:

This is my case. My husband and I married 6
years ago this sunday. We have a 5 year old daughter. I am 46 yrs old and he is 40. He left us
both on new years day. He is refusing any support
of any kind. We have turned to state aid, food stamps, and legal aid as i cannot afford an attorney. We are completely destitute as he made
sure the car was re-possessed, so i have no way to seek employment. Our electricity is due to cut off
as he won't pay. He won't call our daughter and
doesn't see her very often. He makes very good
money as he receives plenty of overtime. He is
shopping for new clothes, cell phones, etc. But he
is refusing any support to us. I have no family to turn to. I have lost about 40,000.00 in household
goods and good credit from a former marraige due
to his failure to pay child support from his former marraige. What rights do i have to make this man support his family and at least replace the car so i can work? I am desperate!

check out this link... especially the "divorce HTML"

it does state you can file for divorce, and hold him responsible for all attorney fees and receive alimony and child support... find a lawyer who will fight him for their attorney fees get a temp order so he will have to start paying child support and alimony... ASAP... the faster you work the better off you will be, and beat him to the punch of filing, I feel you have a better chance of getting things your way...

good luck...
