I Need Help Fast!!

What is the name of your state?VA I OWN A HOUSE WITH MY MOM. THE PROPERTY IS IN MD AND I LIVE IN VA. THE TITLE IS IN OUR NAMES ONLY. I WANT TO SELL OR FOR HER TO BUY ME OUT BECAUSE I DON'T LIVE THERE ANYMORE. SHE DOES NOT WANT TO DO EITHER OF THE TWO. I READ THAT I CAN FILE A PARTITION ACTION. HOW DO I DO THIS AND WOULD I DO IT IN VA OR MD? IS THIS EXPENSIVE?

You can do this in the state where the home is (MD). You will need an attorney and I have no idea how much it will cost. Call an attorney in MD and find out.
