I need help really bad

What is the name of your state? Iowa

I am 16 years old and currently am living with a friend. My mother has kicked me out. I was in a foster home for 6 months last year and no good came out of it. The department of human services have done nothing for me at all. There is drug use in the home, where my 9 year old little sister still lives at this time. The home is in terrible condition and there is no supervision or stucture for my sister. I have family in Minnesota that want to take me in. My bio dad lives up there and he would sign over parental rights ((is that possible to happen without a bunch of court crap??!??)) There is a possility that my mother will as well..How would i go upon doing that?? My hopes would be to move to Minnesota this summer.. I currently am employed making $6 an hour..BUT next month I will be certified and have my nursing assistant licence..this will open up many employment oportunities to me. I just need to know what I can and cannot do and how long this is all going to take..

I would really appreciate some insite..

thank you very much

Did you report your mom to the CPS if your little sister is living in those conditions? She should not be left there...... can she go with you to Minn? As far as your parental rights being sighed off - it's not an easy task - I don't know too much about your state, but I do know in NY it's a pain. Sorry I can't be of more help. I'm am concerned for your sister though.... please look into that. good luck.
