I need some help

What is the n

ame of your state? Illinois

My husband and I had an argument 3 weeks ago and he left with our 8month old daughter. He has not told me where they are. He is asking the court for full emergency custody and he wants to kick me out of our apartment. We have a court date set for 8-25-05. Since they (husband & baby) have been gone I found certain items that do not set right with me. 14 different addresses for him in the past 5-6 years.( he moved to IL. from Cal. in 2-03), hand-guns, nude pictures of himself, phone #'s on his cell phone that belong to different girls in CAL., bunch of porn, and he has been very secretive about things. I think he is living a double life. He also has a current address listed in the next town over from here. I have taken pictures of the items that I had found here. I plan on showing the judge. Do you think that the judge will order me emergency custody of our daughter? That is what I'm going to ask for. This is not the first time he has taken our baby either.
He has done this several times and the local police dept. does not do a damn thing. What happens if something happends to my baby?

You both have equal rights to the child. No one can tell you how a judge will decide. But realize, YOU married this man and had a child with him and no judge is going to pity you because you didn't get the know this guy first. In fact that certainly does not paint you or your judgement in a pretty light.
