I'm scared for my life, and my attorneys corrupt!

What is the name of your state? My name is Samuel Moncier and I live in Missouri. My question is! My lawyer seems to be procrastinating on a case i'm under concerning a felony assualt charge. My lawyer is not helping in a manner that needs to be to defend me to his fullest. It's two weeks until my sentencing and I feel betrayed. My lawyer has lunch with the prosecution and rides in the same vehicle to go to depositions and has irregular conversations with him. Than I get charged for full price, when he is with this attorney. Shouldn't price be charged by half? And the local newspaper said horrible things about me that caused me to get jumped and almost killed by hatred groups. I've been shot at and almost stabbed! All because of the paper, and when I tell my lawyer, he just states,"take it easy and wait it out!" For what! So I can be dead in the near future. Somethings wrong! Need help.

Simple solution: If you don't like your attorney, fire him or her and get a new one.
