Question

Income Statement Declaration in CA

I'm finishing up with my income and expense declaration and was suprised by my gross AND net income. I have two issues that I need help addressing. The first is this; I am a teacher who is paid 10 months out of the year, though I have deductions taken out by the employer so that I receive equal paychecks over the course of 12 months. The gross monthly income is extremely exaggeraged because there is no space to indicated that a sizable portion of my check is being withheld to cover the two unpaid months. Can I rectify this???? I also took on two extra duties that afforded me a per diem that will not be offered next year or the subsequent years due to the CA budget issues which are currently 1/4 of my monthly income. How can I make sure that the court will address child care issues/expenses when my income is so inaccurate??? PLEASE HELP
