| | | | I am married and expect to receive inherent property soon. Will that automatically become community property and is it anyway I can keep it as seperate property? I live in IL. |

I live in IL. | Open a new seperate account. Only have your name on the account. Put the money into that account and do not mix it at all with your spouse... then, it stays yours.
