inheritance

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Delaware
My husband and I have been married for 26 years. We have one daughter age 21 and in college. He has two children from his first marriage. I was never married before. We have two homes valued at $300.00 plus. One we live in, one we rent. He has a large collection of guitars. We both have worked full time our entire married life. We have a 20 year old will that very clearly excludes the two children from his first marriage. We had no contact from them for many years, but recently they both have contacted my husband and try to maintain a relationship with him. He is ill with diabetes, high blood pressure and obesity. We feel they may be anticipating an inheritance. We had the will looked at again by a real-estate attorney who said it look iron clad, but we still feel uncertain. We both agree we want only our daughter to benefit from what we earned and saved together. Any suggestions? We live in Delaware.

You have wills that an attorney says are iron clad. While you should probably run it by a probate attorney rather than a real estate attorney, it sounds like you have done everything that can be done.
