insist on drug testing? What is the name of your state? California I have evidence that my ex-husband is using drugs. I do not know if he's using drugs when he has the kids but I am very concerned about the effect his erratic behavior is having on the children. He's late, agitated, and has an explosive temper. My son is being treated for anxiety. Can I get a court order to have their father drug tested? If the test's are positive, what recourse do I have? |

In fact, you are so astonishingly correct in this matter, it will not surprise us one bit if you are offered a generous settlement, because, by golly, that’s just how it should be.
