O.K. I had insurance on my 3 step children, the child support office said that bio was not responsble to reimburse these fee's since I was the one who carried them, so now my ex's new wife has covered my son on her insurance and we had our order put in the family court now I didn't know they were adding insurance until after the judge signed the order so now i have a court order saying I should pay this money but at the same time the child support office won't collect on money I put out for my step kids, it's like they screw me both ways what can I do short ofgetting an attorney and filing for a modification?? Is there a law that says I don't have to reimberse a step parent???
