What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA
Does a parent have any legal recourse to a child's friend's parents if the child's friend's parent continue to interfere with ones's child, their activities, his whereabouts, etc? The child's friend's mother has been asked on multiple occasions (not in writing) to respect the wishes of the parent and actively refuses to support those wishes including allowing the child to be at the friend's house with it is specifically not allowed and the parent has no knowledge of the whereabouts. thank you
