interstate divorce

What is the name of your state? My Name is Melissa and I live in North Carolina. I have recently moved to the state as of May 31, 02. My husband lives in Texas. We lived there together for 3.5 years. He decided to leave me in November of 01 and have been seperated since. I am preganent and am due on July 20. I am needing to know if I need to notify him of my move and if so do I need to tell him when I moved or let him know that I am moving.
