The x-wife removed tax documents from 90-97 from the home to another location and won't return them immediately. Her mother is forclosing on the house and I cannot obtain records fast enough, do I have any legal ground to stand on?PLEASE, SOMEBODY HELP ME!!!

You can get copies from the IRS, but time seems to be of the essence, and they are not speedy (especially this time of year).

Better get yourself an attorney pronto and force her to produce the records.
