judges conflict of interest

in Arkansas, a lawyer represented a CP against NCP regarding visitation (CP lost). That lawyer is now the judge assigned to NCP's child support arrears case. Isn't this a conflict of interest? When this judge was a lawyer, she had a rep as being extra hard on NCP dads.

Sounds like something is screwey, If I were you I would get a change of venue or something. The judge might be biased because she was your ex's lawyer. Call the clerks office and ask to have it in front of another judge, explaine your position and they might be able to help you or if you have the money call a lawyer.
