Just found outI just found out that my ex-husband had a child by another woman while we were still married. Do I have any legal recourse now? He paid support to her and I knew nothing about it. I have two children now of which I have full custody. Last edited by flyinglova; 07-03-2003 at 10:06 PM. |

| Legal recourse? As in what? Do you want a retroactive abortion to occur? Do you want a time machine and do a lorena bobbit on him? You need to be more specific. |

| You also need to include your state. |

| I'm guessing the biggest frustration is discovering that her CS order falls AFTER the GFs order, so is less than anticipated. AS to legal recourse, what type of recourse were you looking for? Lawsuit? You already divorced him, that's a form of legal recourse for adultery.
