Just got the recommendation from the Evaluator. . .

Hey all,

I just received the Evaluator's recommendation, and you'l never believe this! She agreed with CP to switch year by year custody - with CP having custody this year, and my having custody next year!!

The only thing she said against me was that I didn't return ALL phone calls made by CP, and that is why she felt I didn't deserve primary custody.

feeling a little down (actually a lot!), any comments appreciated.

What a bummer! Is it possible the Judge could see things differently? We can at least hope so. You mentioned that she had nothing (other than returning calls) bad to say about you. No comment on him either?

I would think the alternating year situation would be detrimental at your daughter's age. Wouldn't that mean she would be changing schools every year? That would be SO HARD on a kid!

Keep fighting! My boss just reminded me today that righteousness prevails!
