how can i get my spouse to give me half of the property that we have in mexico, because she says that it is hers, but the house is in both our names. i am afraid that she will sell it cheap or put the house in one of her relative's name and keep the house. the thing is that she doesn't want me to get anything of what we BOTH worked real hard for. i just want what's fair!!!

I believe that you have to put it in the divorce papers as a contested property, meaning tha tyou are interested in your share of it... I would go to the real estate board here and post this question there.
