last name drop

What is the name of your state? PA

Hi I'm not sure if I am putting this in the right place but if I'm not please let me know. I basically wanted to know if you have to pay to drop a last name. My son's name is hyphenated to have both last names, my last name first. I want to drop his father's last name.

If you could can you point me in the right direction?
