lastname changes

i would like to know how to go about correcting the spelling of my last name as a permanent resident in the u.s. for the last 22 years.My last name is jeong if spelled correctly but on all my legal documents it's spelled chung. That's how Korean Americans that have the same last name as I do spell it. I wouldreally appreciate any advice.
