Quite frankly, my childrens law guardian Sucks. is there a way that i can request a new one, or is it possible for me to hire a new law guardian for my children, as a co-counsel for the ****ty one?

No one here can advise you based on so little information. However no...you don't get to hire a "co-GAL" You can get a GAL replaced if the evidence warrants it.
