florida is always contacting me about my kids being put on state help. the only thing is they are in my custody. how can i keep the state from coming after me all the time? my ex-husband totally disabled and able to get food stamps and medicaid. but every time he is recertified they(state) comes after me. How do i stop this????

Contact your district attorney's office and get it straightened out.
