HELP!! I NEED ADVICE

What is the name of your state? New York

I want to know if I could legally sue my spouses family for interferring in the progression of our marriage. We've had disputes (legally) and now they are offering him a place to live so that we could disolve. They are interferring by asking him to repair their house for his stay. They are constantly tellling him what decisions to make and he tells me. I think it's a bit much and I don't have a fighting chance with our marriage. Is there something I can do to stop all of this?

I LOVE MY HUSBAND

SOMEONE PLEASE GIVE ME ADVICE!

If your husband wants to work things out with you, I would suggest you tell him he needs to stand up to his family and tell them to back off. Suing his family, especially while you're on shaky terms with your husband, can only cause problems later. Both of you need to have a united front. If your husband won't speak on your behalf now, what makes you think you can use him as a witness in court?

Good luck
