Leave state with childYOUR STATE NAME - louisiana i have a spouse, stepchild and bio child. stepchild is danger to bio child. what happens if I don't file for divorce, but just leave the state with my child. can spouse force us back or recover my child. |

TpoI believe that TPO is an Temporary Protective Order. In my state (California) I had to file an Emergency Protective Order. Hope that helps. I don't know what it is called in your state. Godspeed. |
