Not sure if this has already been talked about.
In the state of Colorado, can you move out at age 17 without being emancipated through court if your parents kick you out or you feel like your safety is being threatened under the conditions you currently live in?

The legal age to move out with no possible repercussions is 18.

That said, if your parents give you permission to move out at 17, you may do so. If they do not, you may not.

That said, I agree with SP.
