Leaving state with children

What is the name of your state?Michigan

I am married and have 3 children, can my husband legally stop me from taking our 3 children to Tennessee to live?

While he can't stop you from going, he CAN file for divorce and custody as soon as you leave. Which means you're going to be going back to MI for any court dates. Frankly it is a dumbass thing to do. Settle all this before you take off with the kids. This is the man you chose to father your kids - deal with it.

Oh, and the court can order you to return the kids.
