Is It Legal.....getting Married...even If The Guy Is Still Married In Other Place??

What is the name of your state? CALIFORNIA: IS IT LEGAL TO GET MARRIED HERE IN CALIFORNIA EVEN THOUGH HE STILL MARRIED IN OTHER WOMAN AND OTHER PLACE LIKE (PHILIPPINES). I JUST WANNA KNOW WHATS GONNA HAPPEN WHEN WE GET MARRIED.(HERE IN CALIFORNIA).
