legal temporary guardianship

my brother and sister-in-law are in the process of giving me legal temporary guardianship of their 16 year-old daughter. as a resident of ohio, what will my rights concerning her be once everything is finalized? could they decide to take her from me without going through the courts again? i could also use some guidelines regarding child support. thanks
