Lien on property

What is the name of your state?Florida

My significant other and I lived together for 4 years, during which time he bought a home for us in his name only. Now he has left, hired an attorney, served me with papers that I had 30 days to vacate the property which I have done. He has put the house up for sale and there is a contract pending on it. I spent $60K of my money on home improvements which I expect him to reimburse me for. He doesn't plan to do that. What legal rights do I have?
