Life Ins.

The judge ordered ex to make me owner/ frustee or give me absolute assignment of his life insurance with his employer. this was ordered 15 months ago. I am trying to deal with his company attorney now who is choosing to ignore the judges order. He is talking around the order. I have two questions who should I write to - Bar Association of the state he practices? He is delieberately ignoring the order. Advice please? I amn trying not to involve the Prosecutor. How should I verbalize my feelings to him that I believe he is deliberately avo8iding the court order from the judge? Is there specific termiology for me to use with him?
