Live-in boyfriend

What is the name of your state? AZ My ex-boyfriend was living with me at my house for 1 1/2 years and paid the electric and cell phone bills. Although he was never on time with either of them, up until feb. they were paid by him. I'm mortgage free, but have property taxes that come due once a year. We had agreed that since he lived here too, he would pay half of them. Well, he never gave me any money. In fact, he owes me quite a bit. Mind you that these are for little things ie gas, cigarettes, lunch money etc, that I just kept track of after a while. Is there any way of getting the money he rightfully owes me? I'm not sure since most of it is just my word against his. Some of the money was for legal things he had going on and there's record of it. I'm pretty sure I can get that awarded to me, but any ideas on the other?

It might just be better to move on with your life and be smarter in your choices of men in the future. However, otherwise, small claims court is your best bet.
