What is the name of your state? georgia .....hello i need to know how to legally get someone out of your home,, i am legally divorced but am living with my exhusband mainly for financial reasons and we have been divorced for over a year and have got back together several times however he will leave( after refusing for weeks to leave) when he does he only takes a few items and leaves the rest hopeing to get to come back ,,, can i write him a 30 day notice telling him he has to leave by then and if he does not take his belongings (all he has is clothes) then i can remove them from my home legally??? and if i can do this does this have to be notarized?? i rent where i live and everything is listed in my name,,, i need to know what i can do legally ,, please give me some advice,,, thank you,,,vicki
