locked from equal property


What is the name of your state? tennessee
I was sent an permant injunction to not go to my property or our familys
I am in devorce and have no lawyer. I have not done anything for this.
Don't go for peo-se and nothing is equal. help long 2 years

Dude - you need to provide more info and in a more coherent manner if you have any expectation of help. Oh, a legal question would be useful, too.

equal property


Steath, I am a lady and did provide. moved untill divorce.I did nothing to him. he just filed it, because he has a lawyer.I am pro se and am going to file motion.I was always respectful.and not divorced yet.I have equal rights to my property.I was married a long time faithful wife and mother.I have all the
burden of proof.I can have it sold by judgement. can't get it.He didn't want me.I left filed and he thinks he can just take what we both worked for.
Supposed to be equal state. black and white for me. Lawyers twist everything.

Your posts are incoherent. You are not using COMPLETE sentences, proper punctuation or proper capitalization, which makes it VERY diffucult to read and understand. Also, there does not seem to be an actual question anywhere in your post. If you could CLEARLY state the facts of your case, including what it is you would like help with, exactly what has been determained so far in court and what evidence and PROOF you have to back up your side of the story, I'm sure someone would be more than happy to help you out.
