What is the name of your state? it will be georgia

hey.. i live in manitoba canada right now.. im moving to georgia but i was wondering if i could marry the woman i want to move in with, i am 17 and she is a few years over 18, if you dont know then can you tell me.. would i be under Georgia law or manitoba law if i was in georgia? ... i just cant stand living here anymore for many reason, i'd appreciate any help i can get, thank you for your time.
