You need to re-think your plan -- do a little research and you will find that in the state of Mississippi
Quote:
Parental consent is needed if under 21 years of age. If parents or guardians do not give consent at time of application, they will be notified via certified mail. The marriage application will be held for three (3) days. Marriage licenses cannot be issued to males under 17, or females under 15 years of age. If the clerk receives a signed authorization from the parents, this minimum age requirement can be waived.
(Quoted from official state of Mississippi website)
There is not a single state that will allow a minor to marry WITHOUT PARENTAL CONSENT -- in most states the age of majority for this purpose is 18, however Mississippi is 21 and Nebraska is 19. In all other states you MUST have parental consent to marry under the age of 18. If you falsify documents to meet this standard your marriage will be nullified upon discovery (ie when your parent's find out and get mad enough to report it and have the marriage anulled)
