Marriage legality

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Mo. If a marriage performed in Jamaica is mutually dissolved by two US citizens without ever being registered anywhere is a divorce required. tks,What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

How was it mutually dissolved by the two US citizens? Did you look at it each other and state three times, "We are no longer married"? Sorry but you need a divorce.
