marriage & seperation


What is the name of your state? S.Carolina Can a person that has caused and is at partial blame have a suit brought against them for becoming involved with my husband, my life, family, everything has been tore apart.

can someone be sued for coming between a married relationship & being torn away from me and my daughter? Is there any such case. And what is the procedure?

While I can understand how painful this is, the only one that really tore up your marriage is the spouse that was unfaithful. You probably want revenge against the person that your spouse cheated on you with, but you will find that you have no legal recourse. Unless this other person drugged/rapped your spouse into being with him/her (in which case criminal charges might be in order) your spouse WILLINGLY cheated and is the only one that can be held responsible. Divorce his butt - you don't want him anymore!
